Job Requirements:

  • Experience in setting up and maintaining automation infra, CI/CD pipeline, Jenkins, Selenium, playwright, etc is a must.
  • Experience in test case automation using TypeScript and Selenium is a must.
  • Strong scripting skills, with Python preferred.
  • Experience in performing manual and automated tests related to Functional, Performance, Scalability, and System capabilities.
  • Contribute to test methodologies, plans, and automation.
  • Create, deploy, and maintain automated system tests to replicate real-world scenarios.
  • Review bug descriptions, functional requirements, and design documents and incorporate them into test plans and cases.
  • Understand system architecture to properly design feature test plans.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure software handoff, bug fixes, and continuous regression progress for a timely release.
  • Sound knowledge in the storage domain is an added advantage.
  • Highly driven, positive attitude, team player, self-motivated, and very flexible.
  • Strong verbal and communication skills, working closely with the engineering team.

Education:

Total of 1 to 3 years of related experience with a bachelor/ master’s degree in computer science, IT, engineering, or another relevant degree.

  • Resolve existing issues.
  • Gather user feedback from the client and identify ways to enhance usability.

Project Management:

  • Provide inputs on the status of the module development to the development lead.

People Management:

  • Mentor Software Engineers and conduct one-on-one sessions to coach team members.
  • Set goals for team members and monitor performance.
  • Conduct performance appraisals for team members.
