Why do you want to join IT ,when you’re from Non -IT background?
During the counselling, I didn’t get CSE/IT. i can’t go with management seat because of financial problems So, out of my interest in Programming I have learnt programming languages apart from course curriculum and gained ample knowledge.
Are You willing to relocate?
Yes Sir I am always ready to relocate because I would learn new things as I want to build my career as well as my knowledge along with the interacting new people and new culture.
Or
Yes Sir I want to relocate. Due to this relocating we learn many things like cultures, languages, attitude of different people. Its a best option.
Can you work in pressure?
There is no life without pressure, we must know how to handle pressure to survive and excel in our career.
Or
From my personal experience I can say that a little pressure actually helps the Employee to work more firmly and without losing the focus. But, ”Working Under Pressure” can be turned more effective with little breaks.
Or
Working under pressure is nothing but a challenge in my view. If we are open to learn new things it is easy to work under pressure. I always set new goals to my life and accept work with love. If we work with love we won’t feel it as a pressure.

My short-term goal is As a college graduate, I need to start building a strong presence in the industry, working for a company and doing a job that I enjoy. I am really excited to solve real-world problems.
My long-term goals are to earn new responsibilities within the company, ultimately reaching higher positions as they open and helping the company succeed in the long-term.

My parents have always been my inspiration. Whatever they have achieved in their lives being dedicated to work and family as well despite all the hard times. They have sacrificed a lot for my career. This inspires me a lot.

What are your strength’s and weakness ?
Strength: I am a self-motivated person and I am very optimistic in every situation. I believe everything happens for a reason. So even when there are a lot of negative effects, I look for that one positive side.
Weakness: I just can’t keep anything half-done. If some work is pending, I just go on working on it and that sometimes affect my other work routine
