TCS MBA Hiring YoP 2024 Application Process

Step 1. Login to the TCS Next Step Portal hereOpens in new tab.

Step 2. Register and apply for the TCS MBA Hiring YoP 2024.

Scenario A. If you are a registered user, kindly login and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply for Drive.’

Scenario B. If you are a new user, kindly click on ‘Register Now,’ choose category as ‘IT’ and proceed to fill your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply for Drive.’

Step 3. Select your mode of test (In-Centre) and choose your preferred test centre & then click on Apply.
Please Note: Test centre once chosen cannot be changed.

Step 4. To confirm your status, check ‘Track Your Application.’ Your status should reflect as ‘Applied for Drive.’

Test provider: TCS iON is the test provider for TCS MBA Hiring process.

Test Pattern: The duration of assessment is 90 mins and is divided into 3 sections:

• Verbal Aptitude
• Quantitative Aptitude
• Business Aptitude

1. Courses and Discipline: Candidates pursuing full-time management post-graduate courses (MBA / MMS / PGDBA / PGDM) offered by a recognized university with specializations in Marketing, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, General Management, Business Analytics, Project Management, or related disciplines will be considered from Year of passing (YoP) 2024.
2. Percentage: Candidates should have a minimum aggregate (All subjects in all semesters) of 60% or equivalent CGPA in class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), graduation and post-graduation examination.
3. Highest Qualification: Candidates should have completed the course in the stipulated course duration (i.e., No extended education).
4. Graduation Background: B. Tech / BE prior to MBA is a mandatory pre-requisite for candidates to qualify under the selection process.
5. Backlogs / Arrears / ATKT:   Only one backlog is permitted for the YoP 2024 students. However, all pending backlogs should be completed within the stipulated course duration.
6. Gap / Break in Education: It is mandatory to declare gaps in education (if any). Overall academic gap should not exceed 24 months until highest qualification. Relevant document proof, as applicable, will be checked for gaps in education.
7. Course Types: Only full-time courses will be considered (Part time or correspondence courses will not be considered). Candidates who have completed their Secondary and / or Senior Secondary course from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) are also eligible to apply if the other courses are completed full-time.
8. Work Experience:  Candidates with prior work experience (part time/full time) of up to 2 years are eligible to apply for the TCS MBA Hiring Process. They need to mandatorily declare the same in the TCS application form. Candidates would be required to submit the necessary documents supporting this work experience at the time of TCS selection process and/or post joining TCS, as per requirements.
9. Age:  During the TCS selection process, applicants must be between 18 and 28 years old.
