Responsibilities:
Perform analysis to support ratings, research, analytical outreach. Examples of work include:
• Perform various data intake tasks, including scrubbing, validating the data for further use in
research and ratings
• Gather data from various sources and update relevant databases based on clear instructions
• Identify and research issues with data; escalate to senior members for help in resolution
• Complete simple credit infrastructure/admin tasks with oversight such as maintaining
documents on a SharePoint, basic database updates and maintaining certain files
• Share daily and weekly updates as required by the process including workflow status or
summaries of the databases, reports, and lists

• Attention to detail and ability to complete processes with full guidance
• Understand the datasets as well as input and output requirements
Stakeholder Management:
• Interact with team members and direct managers
Qualifications:
• Bachelors in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar field
• Relevant experience of up to 1 year in credit/financial data analysis and interpretation
• Microsoft Office skills, in particular basic Microsoft Excel skills
• Fluency in English with good written and verbal communication skills; good interpersonal skills
• Language skills may be required for certain positions

THE OPPORTUNITY
As the Database Intern at Xactly Corporation, you’ll be responsible for installation, configuration and maintenance of relational and non-relational databases, software and related products. You’ll also manage our all flash storage infrastructure that supports these databases. Job responsibilities include day-to-day management and support of multiple production, staging and development environments. As a part of the Operations team, you’ll be maintaining the Xactly infrastructure, working closely with Support, Dev and QE teams to troubleshoot database, application and performance related issues and work through resolution. - Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science, or related field.
- Should have professional experience 0-1 year as Oracle DBA with good academic records OR Fresh grads with excellent academic record with completion of professional course / certifications on Oracle DBA

- Flexible to take oncall to support production systems
- Able to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL
- Get familiar with our Database and Application architecture.
- Get involved in our monthly release cycle for our application and infrastructure.
WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL
- You’ll be familiar with our BAU support and get into on call rotation to support our production environments.
- Get in depth knowledge of different relational and non-relational databases and applications used in Xactly
WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL
- Run database team projects and POCs run on Xactly on premise and cloud infrastructure.
- Work on continuous improvement efforts to optimize and automate our regular operations.
WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL
Drive database related projects with cross functional teams and involve in strategic planning, building and implementation of new initiatives that drive company growth.
