A background in embedded software and experience with software development/integration experience.

Good understanding of C/C++ , Python programming skills and hands-on experience on debugging embedded systems.

Knowledge of DSP, Embedded systems will be an added advantage..

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong problem solving and debugging skills, Ability to co-ordinate across stakeholders and drive towards task completion.

Strong LTE , NR protocol knowledge, physical layer related procedures and ability to go thru and interpret Specs for defining new test cases

Hands on experience with LTE/NR test boxes will be preferred

Experience with large scale test automation environments.

Familiarity with various testing tools including QXDM/APEX/QUTS will be an added advantage.

Familiarity with modem log analysis (e.g. 5G NR, 4G LTE, WCDMA etc.)

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.



–   Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics and Communications, or related field, or a proven history of experience in the technical field.

–   Strong programming skills in C, C++, Python languages

–   Strong LTE , NR protocol knowledge – esp. physical layer related knowledge and procedures

–   Hands on with LTE/NR test boxes and/or Qualcomm testing tools is a plus.

– 1+ years of related work experience

PostMan Hiring For Support role

Timings – rotational shifts, 6 AM to 3 PM and 1 PM to 10 PM IST.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage a queue of 50+ support tickets per week.
  • Take ownership of customer reported issues and seeing problems through to resolution.
  • Work across support platforms like Zendesk, Salesforce and JIRA within defined SLAs.
  • Pre-sales support in triaging of sales leads, security, legal inquiries to different internal teams.
  • Handle payments, refunds, credits and other sensitive customer requests.
  • Work with sales, renewals, engineering and customer teams to ensure speedy resolution.
  • Raise product bugs, feature requests to relevant teams.
  • Prioritize issues based on severity and customer impact.
  • Participate in our 24/5 global coverage plan.

About You:

  • 1-2 years of experience doing L1 customer support for a modern / SaaS product.
  • Must be willing to work in different shifts (including evenings and holidays).
  • A university degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Ability to write basic SQL queries for achieving workarounds or better solutions.
  • Familiarity with support platforms like Zendesk, Jira, Salesforce and Confluence.
  • Understanding of SaaS billing, pricing & licensing and basic accounting.
  • Excellent customer-facing skills (internal and external customers).
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
