Eligibility Criteria
Academic Requirements:
Minimum 60% or equivalent CGPA in Class 10th, 12th, Diploma (if applicable), Graduation, and Post-Graduation.
Graduation Years: 2023 and 2024 batches are eligible.
Full-time courses only (Part-time/Correspondence courses are NOT eligible).
Eligible Degrees:
MBA in Human Resource Management (HRM)
Master’s in Human Resource Management
Master of Arts in HR
Master of Social Work (HRM)
Masters of Management Studies (HRM)
Masters of Labour Studies (HRM/Labour Law/Industrial Relations)
Post Graduate Diploma in HRM/HR-equivalent programs
Backlogs & Academic Gaps:
No active backlogs, arrears, or ATKT at the time of applying.
Education gaps should not exceed 24 months.
Candidates from NIOS (National Institute of Open Schooling) can apply if they have completed full-time graduation/post-graduation.
Work Experience:
Candidates with up to 2 years of work experience can apply.
Prior experience in recruitment or HR roles is a plus.
Age Limit:
Minimum: 18 years
Maximum: 28 years

If new user → Click on ‘Register Now’ → Choose ‘IT’ category → Fill in details → Submit & Apply for Drive.
If existing user → Log in with TCS Reference ID (CT/DT number) → Apply for Drive.
2. Select Test Mode & Centre
Choose In-centre mode and pick your preferred test centre.
Click Apply to confirm.
3. Track Your Application
Ensure your status reflects ‘Applied For Drive’.
