Who Can Apply?
Tech Mahindra is looking for fresh graduates who have completed their studies in 2024. Here are the main points to see if you’re eligible:
No Backlogs: You should have passed all your subjects.
Good Grades: You need at least 70% marks in your 10th, 12th, Engineering, and MCA/M.Sc (Comp. Science). If you did a Diploma after 10th, you also need 70% there.Even if you don’t have %,give it a try
No Score Improvement Attempts: You shouldn’t have taken extra exams just to improve your marks.
Limited Gaps: There shouldn’t be more than a 1-year gap between any of your studies since SSC (10th grade).
Specific Courses: Only certain engineering streams (like Computer Science, IT, Electronics) and MCA/M.Sc (Comp. Science) are eligible.
Recent Graduates: Only those who graduated in 2024 can apply. If you finished your course before 2024 or have an M.E/M.Tech, this isn’t for you.
Application Process
Online Registration: After you register, you’ll get a Registration ID and PIN via email. Keep these safe as you’ll need them for future steps.
Virtual Test: If you’re eligible, you’ll take an online test within 1-2 weeks of registering.
Interviews: Pass the test, and you’ll be invited for face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra offices.
Check Emails: Make sure to check your junk/spam folders for any emails from Tech Mahindra.
Flexibility Required: Be ready to work on different projects, in various locations, and possibly in shifts.

No Fees: Tech Mahindra does not charge any fees for the recruitment process.
