Role Purpose: The Data Analyst role at Wipro involves interpreting data and transforming it into actionable insights that can drive business decisions. Key responsibilities include managing technical project scopes, gathering and interpreting data from various sources, developing record management processes, building relationships with clients, providing data insights, and identifying areas for process improvement and automation.

Responsibilities:

Primary Tasks:

  1. Manage the technical scope of projects in alignment with requirements.
  2. Gather and interpret data from diverse sources to identify patterns and trends.
  3. Develop record management processes and policies.
  4. Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements.
  5. Provide sales data, proposals, insights, and account reviews to clients.
  6. Identify opportunities for process efficiency and automation.
  7. Set up and maintain automated data processes.
  8. Identify, evaluate, and implement external services and tools for data validation and cleansing.
  9. Produce and track key performance indicators.

Data Analysis Tasks:

  1. Analyze datasets and provide relevant information.
  2. Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to understand data content.
  3. Design and conduct surveys, and analyze survey data as per customer requirements.
  4. Analyze complex data sets related to customers’ businesses and prepare reports using business analytics reporting tools.
  5. Create data dashboards, graphs, and visualizations to showcase business performance and provide benchmarking.
  6. Mine and analyze large datasets, draw valid inferences, and present insights to management.
  7. Develop predictive models and share insights with clients.
