What You’ll Do:
- Integrate and support security throughout the software development lifecycle (SDLC), ensuring applications are secure from inception through release.
- Collaborate closely with developers to automate source code analysis and ensure analytic security.
- Enable software developers to build secure applications and products through automating security.
- Work during ET US Hours (12-1PM IST – 9-10PM IST).
Who You’ll Work With:
You’ll be an integral part of Teradata Information Security, closely partnering with and guiding Product Engineering, CloudOps, DevOps, and Engineering teams.
What Makes You a Qualified Candidate:
- Proficiency in secure code review primarily in C/C++, Java, Python, Golang, and JavaScript.
- Experience providing vulnerability remediation guidance and mentoring to software engineers.
- Familiarity with security tools such as SAST, SCA, DAST, IaC, and Container scanning.
- Ability to interpret analysis tool results and penetration test results.
- Understanding of cloud environments like AWS, Azure, and/or Google Cloud.
- Knowledge of compliance requirements such as PCI-DSS & FedRAMP.
What You’ll Bring:
- Ability to analyze findings from Application Security tools and provide detailed feedback.
- Detailed security code review in languages such as Java, C/C++, Go, Python, and JavaScript.
- Effective communication skills to explain security topics clearly.

Education Background:
