What you’ll be doing

• Completing monthly Quality Assurance (QA) activities by focusing on identifying successes and failures in the work performed by Quality Control
• Highlighting and reporting any issues to the Quality Assurance Team Lead/Quality Assurance Head
• Providing feedback to Quality Control analysts and identifying root-cause analysis of potential misalignment
• Supporting Quality Control in achieving deliverables through knowledge sharing
• Delivering quality refresher sessions to individuals who are struggling with quality performance
• Engaging in risk-oriented reviews focusing on issue identification together with active facilitation for resolution
• Coaching new joiners to learn procedures across the Support department
• Collaborating with other teams across different locations

What you’ll need

• Fluency in English
• Previous experience within Quality Support
• A proven track record of positive evaluations
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Practical knowledge of Google Sheets, Forms, and Slides

  • The Individual should have experience basic hands on for test management, defect management
  • Functional testing, Regression testing, Smoke testing, Automation testing,  Java, JavaScript, C#, Python, Strong reasoning skills, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Scrumban, Bug Reporting, Test Execution, Test case writing
  • Few short travels could be required for business/team collaboration

  Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

  • Good understanding of basic testing concepts
  • Basic knowledge of test management tool
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to establish trusted partnerships with product heads, and executive level stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and aptitude for analytical problem resolution
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Demonstrated interest in and aptitude for technology
  • Ability to work independently and with teams
