TCS Fresher Hiring for Engineering Candidates – Batch of 2024

TCS (Tata Consultancy Services) is offering exciting opportunities for engineering candidates through the TCS National Qualifier Test (TCS NQT). This test follows an integrated pattern for Prime, Digital, and Ninja fresher hiring at TCS. Candidates need to appear for a single test, and based on their performance, they will qualify for Prime, Digital, or Ninja interviews.
Eligibility:
- The graduating batch of 2024 with degrees in Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.), Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.), Master of Technology (M.Tech.), Master of Engineering (M.E.), Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A.), Master of Science (M.Sc. / M.S.) in any specialization offered by AICTE / UGC recognized universities/colleges.
Application Process:
- Logon to the TCS NextStep Portal: Link to Register and Apply
- Register and Apply for the Drive:
- Scenario A: If you are a registered user under TCS NextStep Portal, ‘IT’ category, kindly login with your TCS Reference ID (CT / DT reference number) and proceed to complete the application form. Upon submission, kindly click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
- Scenario B: If you are a new user, kindly click on Register Now, choose the category as “IT,” and proceed to fill your details. Submit your application form and click on ‘Apply For Drive’.
- Select your Mode of Test (In-Centre): Choose your preferred test centre and then click on Apply.
- Check Application Status: To confirm your status, check “Track Your Application.” The status should reflect as “Applied for Drive”.
Important Notes:
- This is an In-Center test, and center allotment would be on a first-come-first-serve basis.
- You must have all your original academic documents till date, to be produced at the time of interview (if test shortlisted).
- Communication related to the test will be informed by TCS iON, our test partner.
- TCS does not send job offers or any hiring-related communication from unofficial email IDs like Gmail, Rediffmail, Yahoo Mail, Hotmail, etc.
- TCS does not ask candidates to deposit any money for employment offers.
- TCS is not associated with any external agency/company to conduct interviews or make offers of employment on its behalf.

Salary Packages:
- Ninja: 3.36 Lakhs per annum CTC for UG candidates; 3.53 Lakhs per annum CTC for PG candidates
- Digital: 7.0 Lakhs per annum CTC for UG candidates; 7.3 Lakhs per annum CTC for PG candidates
- Prime: 9.0 Lakhs per annum CTC for UG candidates; 11.5 Lakhs per annum CTC for PG candidates
